All individuals experience difficult times or crises in their lives. As an experienced, licensed psychologist, I would like to help you work through life's challenges. I am committed to helping my clients overcome obstacles and meet goals that will lead to lasting and meaningful changes in their lives. I have extensive training in treating children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families in therapy.
I use a cognitive behavioral approach to help individuals better cope with and manage their circumstances. As with any relationship, my therapy approach is individualized and tailored to each client and his/her situation. Issues I frequently work with include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, chronic pain, substance abuse, behavior problems and marital problems.
I also conduct evaluations and comprehensive psychological assessments for issues such as ADHD, academic challenges, mood problems, behavior concerns, and daily functioning. As with any therapeutic relationship, information between myself and my client(s) is kept confidential.
