I AM NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS CURRENTLY Everyone comes to therapy for different reasons. It may be difficulties with friends, or with family, or not being able to get things done at work, or feeling depressed or immobilized with anxiety. I work with people to identify whatever it is that's getting in the way, and to develop strategies, skills, and resources that will get you to the point where you're no longer limited by those obstacles.
My office is a welcoming place. I want people to feel safe taking the risk of telling their stories. I work with the whole person - mind, emotions, physical experience - because all play a part in how you got where you are and how you'll get to a better place.
I see people of all cultural backgrounds, races, genders and sexualities (LGBTQIA), spiritual practices/traditions, with many different experiences including anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and grief, dissociation, sexual issues, work problems, relationship and attachment problems.
