Hello, my name is Elizabeth Vinson. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and owner of Lakeside Family Center, LLC, a private group practice located in Moncks Corner, SC. After establishing Lakeside Family Center in 2010, we now have grown into 20 plus providers and two locations in Moncks Corner, SC. We provide counseling services for adults, couples, families, teens, and children as young as 3 years old. Finding the right counselor for you or your love one is so important to your journey, and we are here to make sure one of our providers is best fit for you!
Lakeside Family Center is locally owned and operated. Our mission is to provide quality counseling services for families in our communities. With 20 plus providers we can help with most issues one would seek counseling. We offer services for children as young as 3, teens, and adults. For your convenance we are opened until 8pm Mon-Thursday, & 4pm on Fri.
Our team of Therapists are here to help you and your family members with any counseling needs, ensuring the best care possible. We offer in person and virtual counseling services. There is some really hard things we must face in this life, but seeking help doesn't have to be one of them. We are here for you and just a phone call away to get started.

Groups
True Colors
True Colors Program is a Group level system initiative to help preteens/teens build social skills, emotion regulation, leadership, and citizenship skills. There are two types of group are offered: Beginners Group: (11 years and up) who need assistance to help them improve social skills, and/or have been diagnosed with Autism, Spectrum, learning or social limitations. This group will help teens develop important life skills. Advanced Group: (15 years and up) who need supports with managing emotions and/or wanting to develop skills to prepare them for the next steps in life such as employment or college.

Anger Management
Anger Management Group is to help adult clients (ages 18 years and up) learn skills to manage their emotions, particularly expressing anger in a safe, effective way. This group also teaches it members effective interpersonal skills whereas members will learn how to express themselves in a way that works in their relationships.
