I derive deep satisfaction from helping individuals in their journey toward healing, particularly following life's trials. Life is an unpredictable journey, blending joyous moments and painful experiences. There are instances when the accumulation of these difficulties can lead to feelings of uncertainty, insecurity, and unfulfillment. It's a universal experience sometimes to lose our sense of stability. I am well-acquainted with themes such as death, trauma, bereavement, terminal illness, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and combat. I love working with people who intuitively know something is misaligned and are willing to entrust.
My approach draws from a tapestry of influences, including Eastern Philosophy, Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Theory, Existentialism, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Buddhist Psychology, and Social Constructionism. I enjoy working with adults, the elderly, and those facing mortality.
