Sometimes the roller coaster ride of life derails us and we need help. Having experienced many unexpected turns and a few derailments in my own life I'm ideally suited to help people find solutions and hope even when all they are feeling is despair. I feel passionate about helping people get on track so they can have a happy and meaningful life.
Too often we give up too soon not realizing the possibilities of change and the resiliency of our hearts. I am very tenacious in helping clients discover their best selves and help them uncover the skills needed to overcome, resolve or live alongside difficult issues.
In addition to my thorough professional training, I offer insights from personal experience of being a single parent, a step-mother, and remarriage. My life lessons of marriage and parenting 6 children continue to teach me which I offer to my clients.
