I work with athletes and sport participants regardless of ability or level of participation, as what they have in common is that sport is important to them, it enhances their life and are committed to being the best they can be. I assist athletes, coaches, and family members in addressing psychological factors that impact participation and performance in sport. Licensed in both California and Oregon.
