I work with couples in every stage of their relationship. I provide premarital counseling and work with newlyweds as well as clients facing adultery and other difficult issues including separation, divorce, and coparenting. No matter what stage your relationship is in, there is always room for growth.
Every individual, every couple is unique. I strive to meet the individual needs of each client and couple I work with. I don't subscribe to a single modality, though I work mostly from an EMDR perspective. With EMDR we examine how past experiences impact present behaviors and choices. Then we reprocess those experiences to reduce or eliminate their impact.
