I assist adults, teenagers and children to improve the
quality of their lives by identifying and resolving issues
themselves and in relationships with others.
I help people to know that having problems is normal,
but that it also normal to resolve problems.
People learn that by taking control of their lives, they
reduce depression, anxiety and anger.
I use a similar approach with individuals and couples.
I have them identify their concerns with themselves
and others. They then develop a strategy to address
these issues. They review their progress each week.
I assist them with difficult issues. Their improvement comes from facing and dealing with their issues.
I bring a background to my practice that includes
working in mental health clinics, drug clinics, prisons
as well as private clinical practice. I also worked on Wall Street as well as managed mental health and
drug clinics.
I feel that these diverse experiences assist me in counseling and coaching clients.
