I offer Positive Psychology Coaching grounded in strong scientific research to help you align your values, identify purpose and meaning. Positive Psychology is the science of human flourishing. I draw upon my experience as a counselor for 32 years having worked with individuals and groups, and as a speaker having presented over 30 workshops and seminars.
As a coach I partner with you to move through blocks, shift perspectives, make mindful changes, and manifest your vision to realize your highest potential.
