Anxiety and depression are easy words to use, experiencing either can halt your ability to move on with simple to more complex life challenges. Trying harder is not the answer, when you find yourself in transition, due to a major loss, acting out family members or serious medical and financial challenges. What you need is an advocate. Additionally with a deep understanding of what it means to be in or have been in a Narcissistic relationship the recovery from possibly years of abuse, requires the help of a professional who can help you see the patterns of narcissism, and unravel the damage it has done to you,
Most of us need sensitivity, acceptance warmth and encouragement, when life gets tough. As someone who has worked with adults, children and families for over 25 years, I bring to a therapeutic relationship experience and skills that incorporate a wide range of integrated strategies and tools.
My approach is goal-oriented, solution-focused and insight based. Together we will assess your needs and goals, and develop a plan for a positive outcome. We will look closely at what repetitively interferes; seed ideas and implement changes that can grow into well-honed patterns of motivation, thought and behavior.

Groups
Recovery from Narcissistic Abuse
This is an online group meant to facilitate community in healing from the abuse that comes in all shapes and sizes when being in a relationship with someone of high Narcissistic traits. Entry into the group comes after individual counseling with Linda, to better understand the patterns of abuse, and how it has effected you personally. The first steps are recognizing the trauma experienced, and finding way to grow back into yourself, without the emotional torture of being attached to a Narcissist.
