I specialize in working with adults 18 years and older, who may be experiencing a variety of issues including but not limited to: the residual effects of chronic abuse, neglect or trauma; grief and loss; anxiety; depression or life transition. I primarily focus on using humanistic, mindful and systemic modalities including the Internal Family Systems model. It is my goal to work with a sense of compassion, curiosity and exploration in an integrative, holistic and non-pathologizing manner.
Some results from our work together may be: increased empowerment, awareness and inner harmony; improved coping skills, better relationships and communication skills, increased ability to handle overwhelming emotions or to awaken from a feeling of numbness, becoming closer to attaining life goals, or a heightened awareness of meaning and purpose.
I am dedicated to creating a safe and collaborative environment where each client can discover their own their own strengths and resources. I recognize it can take great courage to reach out and I would be honored to work with you.
