I am a clinical psychologist and have been in practice for 30 years in both Connecticut and New York. At the moment, I am only working remotely, but have an office on the Upper West side need be. I see adults in individual psychotherapy and seek to help people at critical times in dealing with family, relationship, and/or occupational concerns. The work aims to alleviate anxiety and depressive feelings and offers people a new way of thinking that renews a sense of hope and control in their lives.
