I have worked with adults, teenagers, families and couples. With empathy and understanding I can help my clients through life's challenges. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. Issues that I have worked with include depression, anxiety, family conflict, parenting, relationship issues, school issues, bipolar, PTSD, divorce, LBGTQ and co-parenting. Treatment approaches I have used include CBT, Strength Based and Mindfulness.
Reaching out can be a hard first step. I see my clients as the unique people they are. I do not start our relationship with specific expectations but together we work through the issues that brought them in. My clients will help decide what are the issues are, help develop goals and actively work towards obtaining the life changes they are seeking.
