I help adults who are struggling to heal from a sudden or anticipated loss or death of a loved one that has left them feeling alone, misunderstood, and confused within their grieving process. Clients struggling through grief need to be heard and not judged. I will meet my clients wherever they are at in their grieving process. Through our work together, you can get to a place of integrating the pain and the love you feel for your lost loved one.
As a Certified Grief Educator with specialized training from grief expert, David Kessler, using CBT therapy, I assist my clients in navigating through their grieving process with a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy, meeting them wherever they are in their grief with humility and grace. There is no wrong way to grieve.
Through our work together, my clients process these big, often overwhelming emotions related to their loss and find healthy ways to move forward in their lives while honoring and integrating the memory and love of their loved one into their daily lives.
