Hello! I help parents and children, teenagers, and young adults. And yes, I am accepting new clients for video appointments and use an online calendar. As a licensed psychologist, I have the necessary training and experience to provide family therapy, adolescent treatment, and counseling for parents to improve their positive parenting skills. My expertise lies in cognitive-behavioral treatment and mindfulness-based and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) & DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)- informed approaches. Collaboratively, we will work as a team to enhance your mental health, livelihood, and overall well-being.
I've worked at a pediatric clinic and private practice in Portland, Oregon, for 14 years. During this time, I've had the privilege of helping youth, parents, and young adults overcome challenges and difficult situations. Together, we work to enhance their coping skills, identify resources and values, and leverage their strengths to improve their lives.
