I am the founder of Maryland Integrative Counseling Associates (MICA), an outpatient mental health practice with offices in Rockville and Frederick. Each therapist at MICA has their own specialty area, and mine is helping teens and adults with anxiety, trauma and attention disorders. I offer qEEG assessments and Neurofeedback in addition to traditional talk-therapy for these and other problem areas.
Talk-therapy is great, but sometimes it's not enough to help you actually feel better and CBT strategies don't always work when we are dysregulated. As one of the area's few Board Certified Neurotherapists, I can help train your brain to better regulate itself.
