I specialize in: Anxiety/Panic/Fear/Phobias, PTSD, Abuse, Anger, and Frozen Grief . Also, I am a Master Certified Practitioner of Rapid Resolution Therapy, Trauma Resolution, and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy. These therapies effectively clear the negative physical and emotional symptoms accompanying trauma, abuse or grief, gently and peacefully.
In addition, I work with and support cancer survivors clearing emotional stressors which serves to aide the immune system and increase the body's natural healing processes. I also teach mindfulness based guided imagery for stress management and clinical hypnosis for weight loss and smoking cessation.
