Ms. Betty Deere

Clinical Social Work/Therapist , MA , MSW , LCSW

(501) 229-8209
Are you feeling stuck, confused and overwhelmed in your primary relationships? Your health? Your life-in-general? Are you tired of trying to effectively communicate what you need and feeling frustrated? As a solution-focused therapist I help you sort through & clarify your strengths, weaknesses and resources -- while creating an effective plan of action. I help you uncover life-long behavior patterns and distortions that are not working for you and to "reboot" and energize your life. Not a one-size-fits-all therapist, I offer experienced support, direction and guidance through challenging life situations and relationship difficulties.
My specialities focus on communicating and resolving relationship challenges: whether with a person/partner, a work-related issue, a weight problem, a divorce recovery or a health issue (I'm a cancer surviver). In a comfortable, confidential setting, I support you in creating a life you can live with.
I believe everyone needs to feel genuinely connected with their Real Self and Purpose in life (before they fixed themselves to win approval). I honor and respect individual's uniqueness and particularly their unique spiritualty (no matter their religion or lack of), as they seek meaningful connections in their world.
