I have specialized training in trauma treatment, CBT/ DBT, and family interventions.
I am trained in DBT therapy for people who are struggling to manage their emotions, relationships, and tolerate distressful experiences. I utilize EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Tapping when working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I am also a trained ARISE interventionist that supports families who have loved ones in need of treatment
I believe in a holistic approach, addressing both mind and body, to best help my clients achieve balance and peace in their lives. The connection between therapist and client is of primary importance in the therapeutic process, take the first step and call.
