As a Radical Forgiveness Therapy Practitioner, I help clients accomplish the often difficult task of forgiveness, freeing them from long held anger and hurt. I'm trained in a highly effective treatment for trauma, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing),generating remarkable results with adults and couples, struggling with marital or relationship issues, phobias, anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, work issues, or grief and loss.
Trauma is part of the human condition and the basis for most human suffering. EMDR can release one from years of suffering, from debilitating phobias, anxiety, depression, nightmares, and flashbacks, often in just a few sessions. Clients frequently report feelings of peace and calm after a successful session of EMDR.
Because I combine unique, body focused techniques like EMDR, Radical Forgiveness and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), with traditional psychodynamic approaches, my clients experience real progress where previously they felt stuck. This new found emotional freedom helps unblock the doors to their potential.
