I provide counseling services to children and adults with the goal of helping people work through problems, reduce distress, and find satisfying resolutions. My counseling style is insight oriented, collaborative and supportive, and aims towards helping a person recognize and mobilize their strengths, reduce symptoms and move forward with life.
I offer counseling services to address symptoms associated with social isolation, anxiety, trauma, & depression. Supportive therapeutic strategies tailored to individual needs are drawn from a wide range of well-researched sources of effective therapy practices, including trauma-informed therapy, behavioral therapy, cognitive behavior therapy & EMDR.
In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am an experienced EMDR and trauma therapist.
