I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families. In particular, my practice is focused on enhancing personal well-being, improving relational satisfaction, and decreasing distress. Symptoms related to anxiety, depression, and marital/relational distress are the most common complaints that I work with.
I embrace diversity and attempt to treat everyone as unique individuals. I use components of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and family systems theory to create an experience tailored to individual needs.
