My clients can expect to develop practical problem-solving and decision making skills, improved confidence, and a better sense of wellbeing through supportive therapy.
I am a Telehealth certified psychotherapist, working primarily through distance counseling which allows for greater convenience and comfort, while maintaining the same success rate as traditional face-to-face therapy. I use a collaborative, culturally-sensitive, strengths-based approach, and tailor my methods to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
I believe good therapy starts with the right fit between therapist and client. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their issues, work to overcome obstacles, and build a skill-set that can be employed for a lifetime.
