My name is Michael Quay & I'm a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Hawaii. I have 18 years of experience working with a variety of clients, including teens (mostly males) with behavioral issues; adults with anxiety & depression; couples; specialty populations. My approach to therapy is that you are the expert on your life & I am here to guide you with various methods/techniques to help you live a fuller life now.

You want someone knowledgeable, someone you feel comfortable with, someone you can trust, and most of all, someone who will take the time to really listen to you and understand what you are experiencing. I've been a mental health professional for over 25 years working in settings including community mental health, private practice, and over half my career in military hospitals and clinics. I offer Telehealth to Hawaii. Florida, Virginia, & Rhode Island residents. Appointments outside of work hours for those on the East Coast available.
