An experienced counselor/coach/guide in practice for 33 years, since 1991, I provide personal counseling, maturation therapy, marital, premarital, and relationship counseling, communication training, conflict resolution, and business coaching for individuals, couples, and small groups. I specialize in helping adult clients grow up. My goal is to address the national epidemic of elongated adolescence, medically & socially-sedated citizens, skyrocketing narcissism, and children raising children, one client at a time.

Eileen Ganong is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 13 years of experience working with adults and seniors who are faced with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, weight-related issues, grief, difficult life transitions, trauma, and PTSD. Eileen received her Master's degree from Barry University in Miami, FL, and is licensed in Florida as well as her home state of Idaho.

I provide therapy for adults and highly motivated older teens, primarily through EMDR. I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, identity exploration and acceptance, and LGBT+ issues (Including GAS letters). I enjoy helping clients work through childhood trauma and/or ongoing traumatic stress especially with power-based violence, cancer, cult survivorship, religious trauma, accidents, natural disasters, and C-PTSD. Your experience in therapy will be unique based on your goals, strengths, needs and comfort level. Together, we will uncover your next steps to living a more balanced, authentic and fulfilling daily life.

People struggle in a wide spectrum of problems, in a range of settings that require a clinical approach and direction. Through a therapeutic approach, I help clients feel understood and safe because this is an important aspect of the healing process. Helping clients understand beliefs, emotions and behaviors is an important aspect for progress . While cognitive behavioral therapy is at the core of my approach, I believe that cognitive restructuring is essential in client progress. An eclectic approach is necessary because each client is unique and presents with unique strengths, needs and goals.

Chris is a LCSW with over 15 years experience working with adolescents and adults in residential, inpatient and outpatient settings. Chris received his Bachelor degree in Social Work from Lewis Clark State College and received his Master of Social Work from Boise State University in 2011. More recently Chris completed his Masters in Business Administration with a healthcare leadership emphasis from Boise State University. Chris has worked in a variety of settings in the field of mental health. These settings include residential treatment, Emergency Department, community health and outpatient services as both a clinician and admin.
