We are Solamente Holistic Health. This space is for our Albuquerque and New Mexico community where therapists, healers, and medical professionals come together to provide ongoing holistic care, supportive therapy for all ages, grief counseling, and other beneficial practices such as yoga and nutrition. Here, our community has access to practices and practitioners that work with the individual to promote, attain and maintain health and well-being for the duration of a person's lifetime.

In my work with clients we work together to create a cocoon, a safe place where you can transform. I am an eclectic therapist who tailors my interventions and style to each client’s unique needs. Some modalities that I draw from are somatic counseling, DBT, dance/movement therapy, mindfulness, play therapy, attachment based, and expressive arts. My training and experiences support me in working with people who have experienced childhood sexual abuse or those who have epilepsy.

It is our privilege at Casa Amable NM to walk alongside our clients through their healing process. Counseling should be a place we feel safe and not judged. We specialize in anxiety disorders, trauma and addiction but work with a wide range of issues with adults. We offer EMDR, ART (accelerated resolution therapy), Jungian Sand Play and CBT therapy modalities.

If you’re an individual or couple with past or current trauma, or an LGBTQIA+ teen or adult, I may be the right therapist for you. I use an eclectic approach with elements of CBT, MI, ACT, and SFBT. I also now offer IFS (parts work) informed treatment if you’re looking for somatic therapy. The work I do is unique to each client or set of clients, as each diagnosis presents differently depending on the host. I also work well with teens and parents. I cut my therapist teeth at a homeless shelter for teens for the first four years of my career. I have a keen understanding of the ways teens and parents relate.

I’m an Independently licensed Mental Health Counselor, LPCC and graduated from New Mexico State with my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My goal is to assist clients to heal, find joy, and grow in life. I strive to work alongside individuals to establish goals that are strength-based and within the needs of what the client needs/wants. As a clinician I like to work with many different populations. I’ll often use modalities of CBT, DBT, & ACT.

Cam came to the states as a refugee when she was two years old, due to the fall of Saigon. She was raised in New Mexico and received a dual masters MSW/MBA at New Mexico Highlands University. Cam has more than 25 years’ experience in the health and behavioral health field. Cam was also an Adjunct Professor for NMHU teaching senior-level social work students mainly focusing on Cultural Diversity & Multicultural Theory and Case Management.

Welcome, and thanks for visiting! I'm an adjunct professor at Georgetown University's School of Medicine and have a clinical practice based in Taos, New Mexico USA. I have 32 years experience treating children, adults and couples and specialize in the skilled, compassionate healing of anxiety, depression and PTSD. I'm the author of four books and teach CBT at universities and training centers worldwide, including the University of New Mexico, the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience in Bangalore, India, Mexico City’s Universidad Hebraica, and the Zentrum fur Psychotherapie in Stuttgart, Germany.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has over 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families. I specialize in working with individuals who have been traumatized by a specific event, or have developmental trauma due to events that have occurred throughout life using Somatic Experiencing and NARM. I believe that attachment to others is vital to healing. We have developed coping strategies that were effective in the past - you have ability to allow yourself to heal and change! I would love to work with you providing you the time and place that you need to start the healing process.

As a very compassionate individual, I have dedicated myself to providing positive emotional support to youth with a broad range of presenting problems, including anxiety, anger management difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder symptoms, and trauma symptoms. My forte is intervening with individuals ages 6-24. I have a strongly committed passion for helping others, and am particularly passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities. As a very loyal, caring, and compassionate individual, I find it imperative to keep what is in my clients’ best interest in mind.

You will also realize that you CAN learn to stabilize and reassure yourself when problems arise (as they always do), and thereby work through them more effectively.
