Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and ADHD Coach, with much of my practice revolving around Adult ADHD and the impact on relationships, school/work performance, and self-esteem. Practitioners frequently refer their patients to me for psychological evaluations in order to clarify diagnoses, understand possible barriers to progress in therapy, and provide insight into stress tolerance, interpersonal relatedness and self-esteem. I also work with adolescents, LGBTQ+ populations, and High Functioning Autism (Aspergers). I have done forensic evaluations in the areas of divorce/custody, sentence mitigation, and personal injury.

For 31 years we've designed programs for students planning careers in medicine, engineering, law, pharmacy, technology, research, science and education. Our Portfolio Program is a comprehensive advising system for students throughout high school until they depart for university studies. It covers high school course selection, standardized testing and timetable, preparation for college visits and interviews, final college/university choice, types of aid and assistance seeking financing, and "goodness of fit" in college selection. Services include SAT, SATII and ACT test preparation.

I work with patients in a collaborative manner to treat a variety of mental health problems. Together, we will develop a treatment which is tailored to suit your needs. We will work together to develop a plan so that you are able to meet your goals. I work with children and adults to address problems like depression, anxiety, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, behavioral issues, attention, concentration and obsessions or compulsions among among many others. I also offer a full range of psychological assessments including personality assessment, educational testing, neuropsychological testing and intelligence testing.

I have a wealth of experience working with individuals, groups, couples, sex offenders and families. I have the uncanny ability to use an array of innovative plans, therapy styles, and resources to develop ideal solutions for many therapeutic, community and systematic problems in order to empower a vast client base.

I have worked primarily with adults, older adults, and adolescents on issues of mental health that may be impacting one's ability to function in day-to-day life such as: depression, anxiety, other mood and thought disorders, suicidality (for individuals as well as those bereaved from suicide losses), interpersonal violence, LGBTQIA+ support, topics surrounding race and culture, hoarding (both individuals affected and their loved ones), criminal justice system-involvement, and trauma (individual, intergenerational, and community).
