I specialize in trauma, depression (including perinatal mental health issues), anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders challenges, emotional codependency, as well LGBTQA related issues. I am a licensed professional counselor, with extensive trauma training. I primarily use a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) approach so healing can begin today. I also provide psychoeducation so you understand the dynamics.
