Dr. Alston is a highly qualified Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) from Nova Southeastern University. He earned his Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice (B.S.) from the University of South Carolina. Prior to his civilian career, Dr. Alston proudly served his country in the Navy Reserve.

The practice is owned by Dr. Jessica Joyce, PsyD and the practice is comprised of doctoral-level psychologists and several other master's and doctoral level licensed clinicians who provide quality mental health care. As a mental health collective, we assist members by providing therapy, assessment, counseling and more.
