I have worked in a variety of community settings including Home Base Services, hospitals, residential and virtual locations. I draw on a range of approaches, including EFT, CBT, and The Gottman Method. Becoming integrated and feeling whole is a process. The beauty is we are all capable of healing. Traumatic events in our lives via developmental stressors or one-time occurrences can greatly impact us and how we cope in the world. The coping skills early on were our best survival skills but may not work for us now. Time in counseling, reflection and motivation can help us move forward. Healing is possible and I believe this wholeheartedly.

She has served as Leadership Council Chair of AEE’s Therapeutic Adventure Professional Group (TAPG), and has served in the past coordinating several conference offerings within the organization. Tuesdey has a demonstrated history of both clinical practice and leadership in the adventure therapy field. She enjoys working with clients whom have experienced a history of trauma, addiction, behavioral, and emotional problems utilizing best practices in conjunction with experiential and expressive arts therapy interventions as a powerful metaphor for healing.

I love to see my clients become empowered to reach their goals and find new ways to heal, grow, and move forwards. I am an LPCC-S with experience treating adults, teens, and kids. I have extensive experience with college students having worked in a University counseling center prior to moving to private practice.
