I don't accept insurance but am able to keep costs down by only making home-visits, meeting off-site, and over Skype. This will maintain maximum privacy, giving assistance to people who otherwise might not be able to access mental health services. Our home-based sessions can also eliminate barriers for families who don't have good child care options or who have trouble securing rides to the clinic. My practice is cognitive-educational and solution-focused. We will process your understanding of the situation you are in and develop a strategic plan of action.

Rachel Heater is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. She completed her MFT doctoral education studying families and couples at Northcentral University, AZ. She is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and Parent Coordinator. Rachel is currently completing certification in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy and helping her dog, Murray, complete his own training as a certified therapy dog.

Bianca Ventura Goldman is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults. She is trained in evidence based practices and utilizes a person centered, strength based relational approach. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and is using the EFT approach in marital and family therapy. She practices at the Yorktown office.

Ms. Yanosy is a New York State licensed clinical social worker who has treated individuals, couples and families for over 20 years. She uses a range of approaches, and specializes in trauma-specific treatment, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. Ms. Yanosy completed her MSW at Smith College School for Social Work and received post graduate certifications from Fordham, Columbia, and New York Universities.

Gwendolyn Blackett-Sullivan is a New York State licensed mental health counselor. She has experience treating children, teenagers, adults, families and couples. She has expertise in the areas of trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as working with couples utilizing the John and Julie Gottman's curriculum. Ms. Blackett-Sullivan specializes in substance abuse, grief, sexual assault, PTSD, domestic violence and works with diverse mental health populations. She has supported families dealing with crisis intervention, dealing with disabilities and trauma.

Dr. Einhorn is a New York State licensed clinical psychologist who treats children, adolescents, adults and families. He is trained in evidence-based practices and has had extensive exposure to Multisystemic Treatment, Functional Family Therapy and Treatment Foster Care Oregon. He incorporates cognitive behavioral techniques including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Social Skills Development in his Solution-Focused treatment approach.
