Dr. Lawanda Harmon has been actively working in the field of mental health since 2010. With a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling obtained from Walden University, she began working at Community Friendship Inc. as an individual and group therapist. Lawanda continued to pursue her education at the doctoral level, obtaining a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Walden University. During her practicum and internship field experiences, she gained extensive training in Cognitive and Behavioral techniques as well as in Emotional, Personality, and Trauma focused interventions at Atlanta Center for Family Wellness in Atlanta, Georgia.

I am a Licensed Master of Social Work. In this day and time Mental Health is something that is not only overlooked but often misunderstood.  I strive to provide needed support for my clients no matter what life challenges they may be facing. I work with them to pilot through these challenges of life, whether they are personal, with family, or with peers.  My ideal clients are millennials who find themselves facing challenges navigating through the transition to adulthood. Georgia Behavioral provides treatment for mental health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief/loss, ADD/ADHD, behavioral issues, school issues, personality disorders, drug and alcohol and other conditions. We also provide medication management. We are located in the heart of Warner Robins, Georgia. Our facility provides safety and privacy for patients seeking healing and recovery. Shannon Wilkerson is a Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. Shannon received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Behavior Analysis from Savannah State University (Savannah, GA) and Masters of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia (Carrollton, GA). Shannon has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. He has worked in psychiatric treatment residential facilities, CORE services, and school settings. Shannon's current areas of expertise is with children, adolescents, and adults.

Nina Cason, LCSW works with autistic individuals as well as people living with anxiety and depression. Nina also has an extensive background in helping people work through trauma and 'Little T's' (Little Traumas) issues. She often draws from a variety of approaches including Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) & Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapies.
