I typically work with adults and teens who are struggling with anxiety and depression. Additionally, I have experience working with divorce, abuse, and transgender issues. Using skills training and cognitive behavioral approaches, I help clients reframe their situations. With problem solving and processing feelings in a safe, therapeutic environment clients can learn effective ways of coping. I love helping people and encouraging people to be the best versions of themselves.

Dr. Chansard specializes in the treatment of childhood disorders and is passionate about her work with children, adolescents, and young adults. Dr. Chansard received her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the APA-accredited program at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Here, she served as Chief Resident and worked with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of clinical and medical settings. Dr. Chansard subsequently completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship at Therapy Dallas, further specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders.
