This has allowed me to learn and grow with them while they take the next steps in their personal journey. Overall, my goal as a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist is to support individuals, couples and families with gaining and strengthening the necessary skills to help them live the life that they desire.

Dr. Scott is a Licensed Psychologist who has experience with individuals from childhood through the older adult years. He works with children on academic problems, divorce issues, opposition, ADHD, and trauma. Scott also treats adults, believing that everyone could use a sounding board during times when things feel out of balance. He works to resource his clients with new perspectives, effective tools, and helpful coping skills to accomplish their goals in the face of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or relationship problems.

Trusting your therapist is key to healing therapy. Building a strong, trusting, and supportive relationship with clients, creates the foundation for a successful intervention. I have experience with various presenting issues such as: infertility, sexual dysfunction, anxiety, depression, and adolescent issues. I work with couples through Prepare Enrich and Couples Communication. I am also EMDR certified, which helps to provide a trauma based therapy. I am passionate about learning of a client's story and providing the necessary tools, skills, and education to help the client overcome their struggles. I seek to help clients improve their quality of life.

I have been providing Christian counseling since 2010. In 2014, I graduated from Logos University with a Master's of Arts in Christian Counseling. In 2018, I graduated from Wichita State University with a Master's of Education in Counseling, and became licensed with the State of Kansas. ​

I understand the importance of finding a well-matched therapist and recognize how difficult it can be to reach out for help. I offer a comfortable, safe, and non-judgmental environment for my clients. I consider each client as unique individuals who deserve respect and understanding.
