Hello, and welcome! I specialize in working with individuals working through difficult trauma, complex relationship issues, and the LGBTQ+ community. I work closely with individuals struggling with different forms of mental disorders and help my clients forge a new path forward toward healing and wholeness. My passion is in therapy, and I am humbled and grateful when people invite me to play a meaningful role in their lives.

Everyone needs a little help sometimes; whether you have been through a major traumatic event, struggled with a personal issue most of your life, or would like to receive a little extra help coping with day to day stress. I also hope to help children in foster care and adoptive homes be able to feel accepted and welcome parts of their new families.

Hello! If you are reading this and looking for help you are right where you need to be :) I like to think of myself as an "UNshrink" . I believe in helping to de-pathologize you and whatever it is that you are struggling w, and helping you to experience your self, situation, and LIFE in a whole new way. I'm usually a good fit for ppl that aren't into traditional "therapy" for whatever reason: anxiety, skepticism, bad or unsuccessful past experiences, if you think you, your family, everything is/are beyond hope, or if you are interested in something completely "outside the box", bc that is me.

The sexual part of your life is not where you want it to be and you are desperate for change. You and your partner are worried that something might be wrong with you or your relationship. You don’t know where to go for help. This sexual issue is keeping you from being happy and you and/or your partner are depressed and anxious all the time. You think about this all the time. You feel like you don’t know enough about sex and you certainly don’t know how to solve this problem, even though you have tried. No one taught you how to have a healthy and positive sexual identity, so how are you supposed to know how to fix this?

I also work with clients to overcome chronic anxiety, depression and move through the stages of grief with the support they need. In my work with families, I have helped couples who are suffering from breakdowns in communication to reconnect and enjoy one another again.

We offer a sex positive approach to helping people with many sexual and relationship issues. We provide services for those with sexual dysfunction (problems with desire, arousal, orgasm, pain) and sexual compulsivity/infidelity. We utilize a trauma lens and support the relationship structure it may exist in. We support issues related desire, arousal, and orgasm. We help couples with desire discrepancies. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches to offer guidance and education. They are kind, compassionate, empathic, and use humor to build a connection with you so they can walk beside you on your path.
