Meet Dr. Kay, a distinguished Behavior Analyst, School Psychologist, and Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years of invaluable experience in the intricate landscapes of Autism, learning disorders, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With a steadfast dedication to enhancing lives and fostering growth, Dr. Kay stands as a beacon of guidance for individuals, families, and communities seeking comprehensive psychological support. I have over 20 years of experience in pairing with individuals in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and other mental/emotional issues. I use a cognitive/behavioral approach.

I provide assessment and treatment of physical and mental health problems. I have forensic expertise and perform many types of specialized testing. I treat patients with complex challenges such as chronic pain, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and work injuries. My specialties include treatment of injury, opioid dependence, trauma, panic attacks, anxiety, and depression. I am trained in advanced psychological testing techniques. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, and other treatments that are supported by research. I help patients become aware of harmful patterns, and use mind body therapies including biofeedback and meditation.
