Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and ADHD Coach, with much of my practice revolving around Adult ADHD and the impact on relationships, school/work performance, and self-esteem. Practitioners frequently refer their patients to me for psychological evaluations in order to clarify diagnoses, understand possible barriers to progress in therapy, and provide insight into stress tolerance, interpersonal relatedness and self-esteem. I also work with adolescents, LGBTQ+ populations, and High Functioning Autism (Aspergers). I have done forensic evaluations in the areas of divorce/custody, sentence mitigation, and personal injury.

I have worked for over 20 years in inpatient mental health facilities and in the community serving individuals with a range of psychological issues and sexually problematic behaviors. I have experience assessing and treating people with sex offending histories, sexually compulsive behavior, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

A good fit between therapist and patient is an essential ingredient in forming an effective working alliance, assuming the therapist has strong academic credentials. That is why I encourage patients to do their research. The best way to determine whether people can work well together is to talk.
