My passion is helping people build healthy and meaningful lives. I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist trained by Dr. Patrick Carnes, the pioneer in the field of sex addiction. I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with all forms of addictions and compulsive behaviors including: sex, pornography, drugs, alcohol, food, work, spending, codependent relationships, etc. I use Attachment-Focused EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Lifespan Integration to help people become free from underlying relational/attachment wounds.

My theoretical framework is Relational Psychoanalytic Therapy which focuses on assimilating cognitive insight and emotional attachment. Relational analysis focuses on the elements of chronic trauma (CPTSD, anxiety, depression) between feelings, thoughts and behavior while examining the elements of rupture and psychological injury related to developmental derailments & toxic shame. I have extensive training in psychoanalytic therapy. I am licensed in the states of New Mexico, Maine, & Texas.
