Fitzgerald Counseling Group has both male and female clinicians to work with children, adults, and couples with availability days, evenings, and weekends. Allie (she, her, hers) is the Clinical Director of Community-Based Programming and Program Director of Empowered Connections. She graduated from Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor’s in Special Education in 2010. For the next 10 years, Allie worked with children and families as a special education teacher and in Early Intervention. In August 2021, she earned her Master’s degree from Simmons University School of Social Work and joined BLC in a teletherapeutic capacity.

Jeff has worked with a wide range of clients, ages 6 to 90, who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, physical, emotional & sexual trauma, life transitions, gender identification, and relationship and/or communication issues. Jeff has assisted clients achieve their personal goals in a non-judgmental, trusting, and safe manner.

Telehealth appointments make therapy convenient, the telehealth platform we utilize is easy to use, safe and secure.

If you have ever been at a loss for what to do or felt stuck in a situation that seemed to have no solution then please know that there is still hope. Regardless if it is complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, there is hope. If you have a child with ADHD, ODD or another intellectual disability or have a history of that yourself, there is hope. It is my heart to meet everyone where they are at and to enable them to know that no matter what has happened in their life, no matter the trauma, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

As an eclectic therapist, I employ many tools when working with you. With adults, I primarily rely on cognitive behavioral techniques. This is an approach that aims to influence dysfunctional emotions, behaviors and thoughts through a goal-oriented, systematic procedure. It is proven to be quite effective with mood, anxiety, personality, eating, substance abuse, and psychotic disorders. With children, I rely on a variety of play therapy and behavioral therapy techniques. Your treatment will be influenced by your own needs and symptoms to help you meet to your goals. You deserve to love the life you live!

Tracey Ward, M Ed, LADC 1, is a enthusiastic counselor whom offers versatile strengths in her practice. Her education, training and personal experiences allows her the ability to work with individuals of all ages and challenges. Mood swings, anxiety, relationships, depression, substance abuse matters , as well as group work are some of her specialties. It is her belief that people need to be validated, respected and heard, to feel valued and productive. She strives to assist people in meeting their goals effectively, by improving sense of self and wellbeing.

Drawing from years of experience working as a clinical therapist, I have gained a comfortable grasp on working with multiple diagnoses as well as modalities including individual, couples, family, and group counseling.
