I am successfully working with couples to solve their issues and having healthy relationship with children, relatives and themselves .

Currently, I work at two online locations Supporting the Journey Counseling and Haymarket Counseling. I have worked in a non-profit, private practice, hospital, and with the juvenile correction system.  I have experience in providing therapy to adolescents, individuals, couples, families, mental health and substance abuse groups. I have been working with adolescents since 2002; dealing with depression, anger, self-esteem, personal/social issues, conflict management, and risky behaviors. I specialize in working with couple conflicts and adults with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, PTSD, and relationship issues.

My ideal clients are people with individual, health issues, parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, premartial, marriage, family, relationship, and sex challenges, body dysmorphia, psycho-social issues, chronic illness, chronic pain, chronic emotional difficulties, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. The client is willing to have consistent dialogue about how to improve this area of their life and is willing to try new ideas and/or behaviors suggested during their sessions within their daily life. My ability to establish a quick rapport, understanding, and genuineness are keys to my success with my clients.
