I am also a licensed telehealth provider in the state of Florida. I work with adults 18+ and have extensive experience treating a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, extensive trauma histories, and other difficult issues. Through my personal experience and the experience of people I have worked with, I believe that we all have an "inner healer". Often we have lost touch with that resource and need guidance in reconnecting to our deepest resources.
