I enjoy working with adults, college and graduate students. I believe that a true and authentic relationship is at the core of a positive and helpful experience in therapy. I work from a sex-positive, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. I have experience working with clients who present with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, body image, and other challenges.

I work with individuals, youth, families, couples and professionals utilizing principles of somatic psychology. I have a Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, specializing in somatic psychology. I am certified in deep trauma work and relational somatic psychotherapy. I have helped countless clients process their trauma. I am committed in providing safe, caring and loving environment to my clients.

I enjoy working with individuals ages 16 and older, from all walks of life. I dedicate my work to helping individuals navigate through major life transitions, anxiety, depression, relational problems, trauma, parenting challenges, grief/loss, eating disorder, body image concerns, identity development (especially with LGBTQ populations), personal growth and development.

I believe it requires a great deal of courage to seek change through therapy, and am honored to be a part of this journey with my clients. I evaluate each client and their specific situation from a holistic perspective, and consider my approach to therapy to be patient-centered, trauma-informed, and relationally-oriented. I have particular interest in treating those with eating disorders, eating behavior challenges, and/or concerns related to trauma/complex trauma.

It can be difficult to make changes & overcome obstacles without support, new tools or insight.

I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relational issues, trauma, and I am trained in EMDR. I take special interest in working with college students/young adults struggling with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge-Eating Disorder, and OSFED. I began working as a therapist in a Community Health Center seeing individuals, couples and families with minor to severe mental health issues, many suffering from past trauma. This led me to seek more education, supervision and training to help treat those reporting trauma and dissociative symptoms. Now, I mainly work with individuals dealing with complex trauma and dissociative disorders, though I still see some couples/families where one member is dealing with trauma-related dissociative symptoms. I work collaboratively, partnering with people to help resolve lingering past and current issues to achieve their stated goals.
