As a neuropsychologist, I aim to incorporate total wellness. I encourage my clients to utilizing psychotherapy while simultaneously working on improving nutrition and exercise. My focus is on providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan based on your goals.
