I integrate different approaches with emphasis on EMDR/R-TEP/G-TEP, Gottman, NET, Trauma, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have experience with soldiers, trauma, abuse and disorders. I treat adolescents and adults using individual, family and/or couples' counseling. I have a direct therapeutic approach. I'm a Certified Integrative Medicine and Nutrition Trauma Treatment provider.

Lekeshia Lynch, founder and clinical director of the Center for Wellness is a graduate of the University of South Carolina-Columbia. She has over 25 years experience in the field of health/mental health and addiction.

My goal is to establish a safe, accepting, and comfortable environment, which is essential for you, the client, to grow in self-awareness and self-acceptance. It is also my goal that we collaborate to form a mutually desirable relationship and focus our counseling sessions by setting goals, which we will continue to reevaluate throughout the counseling process.

Kimberly Barnett is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina and has been in practice since 2022. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology & Criminology from UNC Wilmington, and received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNC Charlotte. She is a nationally certified counselor. Kimberly enjoys working with all ages and has experience treating children, teens and adults in a variety of settings.

Dominique received his undergrad degree from Winston-Salem State University in Sociology with concentration in Social Work. Dominique served in the community for several years being a state probation/parole officer, working for Intensive in-home programs, and time with DSS Guilford county. During this time period, Dominque decided to go back to school to obtain his master's in clinical Mental Heatlh counseling. After receiving degree along with a ton of experience, Dominique applied for State licensure exam and passed it becoming provisionally licensed.

I work with adult males, with a special focus on fathers. These clients want to examine their beliefs, behavior patterns, and relationships in order to work toward a life where their choices and values are aligned. Potential clients of mine may recognize that something is missing in their life, or they are feeling stuck. You may feel as if you know where you want to be but don't know how to get out of your own way. You might feel as if the stresses of everyday life, job, and relationships are just too much to bear. Potential clients may also value utilizing the therapeutic benefits of nature to help in their wellness journey.
