Advance Counseling Center is an outpatient program within Advance Housing, Inc. that offers individuals and families an array of wellness services to support, enhance and improve their quality of life. All clinical staff use treatment interventions that incorporate research and evidenced-based practices. Group practice is informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Agnes Raczynski is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from Seton Hall University with a Master's of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Agnes believes in a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy, offering a safe and comfortable space for her clients to share their experiences and emotions. Dr. Novitskie earned an M.A. in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dr. Novitskie has worked with adults and adolescents in a variety of clinical-forensic and correctional settings, such as a forensic psychiatric hospital, state prisons, inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment centers.
