I'm Derrick, a Two-Spirit Native American tribal member of the Tsalagi Nation and a Depth Psychotherapist. I offer online integrative counseling services for individuals, couples, and Indigenous peoples through culturally appropriate counseling. As long as you have access to the internet or a cell phone, I can provide a safe space for us to explore many aspects of your life that you may not have yet explored and offer an opportunity for you to heal, grow, and flourish into renewal. Asking for help can be one of the best actions you can take in service to your well-being. I'm here for you.

We are a 501 (c) 3 Nonprofit Mental Health Services agency open to All Colors, All Cultures, & All Tribes. The oppressed, discriminated, and assimilated are welcome. BIPOCC (Black, Indigenous, and Peoples of other Colors and Cultures), You matter to us. All Tribes offers information and referrals to culturally focused, client centered BIPOCC treatment providers in your area, with the goal being to help people feel better again. We have one "in-house" therapist as well, offering Individual & Group Therapy through telehealth. It is possible to heal and to feel better.

Healing can be hard work. But it doesn't always have to be difficult, and you certainly don't have to do it alone. Together, we can help you find relief, self-compassion, and increase your quality of life. And maybe even laugh a bit along the way. As a mixed-race therapist, with White (Italian & Irish) and Indigenous (Mi'kmaq) ancestors, I know how hard it can be to find time for self growth and care while living in oppressive systems. It can be even harder when we don't fit in a binary or see ourselves reflected in the spaces we live, work, or learn.

Allyssa Casad, is a Native-identified clinician in the Portland, OR area. Allyssa has worked with the Urban Native and BIPOC communities for the last several years. Allyssa aim’s to provide client-centered and client-lead services to improve quality of life. Allyssa’s clinical approach is holistic, integrative, and strength based and draws from attachment and relational theories.

My ideal client wants to be engaged during therapy. My clients come prepared to do heavy work that is necessary to heal and move on from their issues. I expect accountability, transparency, a willingness to do homework, and be vulnerable during sessions. I employ a diverse approach to psychology that is specifically tailored to each person. Overall, this takes the shape of mindfulness cognitive behavior therapy. This feminist-queer lens includes your intersectional identity, personal goals, individual growth speed, identity, religious background, ethnicity, race, sexuality, gender, social economic status, and social stratification.
