I believe that this period is one of the most critical of our lives. I also work with your family as it is growing- before, during and after pregnancy. By pregnancy I mean the time before a child comes. It includes IVF, adoption, and blending families.

I am a Psychologist, helping adults, teens and children ages 7 and older come up with ways of looking at themselves, others and the future that help them feel better about life. By overcoming issues such as generalized anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, performance anxiety, anxiety about schoolwork and obsessive compulsive disorder, I help kids and adults live in ways that are more meaningful, fulfilling and enjoyable to them.
