Dr. Tucci welcomes you to Piece by Piece: Neurobehavioral Services. Our team is dedicated to providing patients with comprehensive testing for all ages (2-99). As neuropsychologists, we work hard to understand what is going on in your life and your most pressing concerns. We use a series of interactive tasks to then identify your personal strengths and weaknesses. In doing so, we can then help you more deeply understand your unique set of strengths and weakness and how this impacts daily life. This information is then used to determine the best recommendations to help you meet your goals.

Dr. Jennifer Stelter is a licensed clinical psychologist seasoned in treating depression and anxiety and specialized in treating eating disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and dementia. She has 20 years experience in the healthcare field and over a decade in the long-term care industry. Dr. Stelter approaches care holistically and is experienced in providing emotion process work, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and rational emotive therapy (RET). She also has significant training in the use of non-pharmacy tools in the treatment of various mental health issues.

Cori has been working in the field since 1998. She received her Masters Degree from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2003 and is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers. Cori uses a strength based approach with all her clients creating a safe and comforting environment. Cori sees clients in 3 office locations - Lake Zurich in Sandy Point Medical Center bear Rte 22, Palatine near Quentin Rd and Beuhler YMCA and in Barrington near Lake Cook Rd/Main St.

Neuropsychological Testing. Objective assessment takes the guess work out of diagnosis. Avoid trial and error with medications and psychotherapy.

Dr. Klempic experience is based on working with multi-ethical, culturally and economically diverse clientele in multiple settings that include hospitals, short/long-term care facility/nursing home, private practices and private/public clinics. Dr. Klempic has been providing Comprehensive Neuropsychological and Psychological Evaluations, Capacity Evaluations, Individual and Family Psychotherapy to adults and elderly with multiple neurological, medical and psychological problems, such as dementia, chronic pain, headache/migraines, head trauma, Parkinson’s, stroke, ADHD, learning disorders, autism and various psychiatric conditions.

I am a licensed clinician psychologist who has experience working with diverse client needs. I have treated clients with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders and comorbid substance abuse. My internship and post-doctoral training has provided me with unique training in providing therapy and neuropsychological assessment to patients with dementia, brain injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and other medical conditions that are comorbid with psychiatric illnesses.

Being invited on the journey with the individuals I work with is an honor. I believe the relationship between the therapist and the client is the key to successful forward movement. Clients who want to work from a strengths based client centered approach will benefit from the work we will do together. I have a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy but I believe in meeting the client where they are when they come in the door and work to provide a safe and empathic environment in which to assist the client in meeting their goals.

I have been providing psychological and behavioral services in the Chicagoland and Grand Rapids, Michigan area for the last 14 years. In session I am empathetic and positive, working collaboratively with each client, in overcoming life challenges. Due to the vast amount of experience I have gained in both psychotherapy as well as behavioral modification, my therapeutic approach is diverse and can be non-directive, guiding the client at their own pace, or directive in nature. My goal is to assist each client to a happier, healthier, productive life, in a safe environment.

Dr. Oksoon Cho is the founder of the Chicago Mental Health Institute (CMHI) and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a counselor educator, and clinical supervisor.
