A little about me: I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Writing Exposure Therapy (WET), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for individuals, and have utilized Solution-Focused Brief Therapy for couples. If you prefer a Biblical approach, I am comfortable with Christian counseling as well. Finally, if you have experienced a trauma that you need help in healing, yet do not wish to talk about it in deep detail, ART and WET can be utilized to minimize the re-telling of your painful history. I am a person in long-term recovery, the child of an alcoholic, teach addiction courses at local universities, and have been treating addiction for over 20 years.
