I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with experience working in several child and adolescent residential treatment facilities, emergency services, community hospitals and Hospice agencies. A holistic, non-judgmental and strengths-based approach will be used to support you through your presenting concerns and the pursuit of the happiness that you deserve.

I have over 25 years of experience providing therapy to children, adults and families who are dealing with issues related to trauma, anxiety, ADHD, grief and family/marital problems. I strive to provide a trauma-informed, strength based, welcoming atmosphere that will allow you the opportunity to explore and improve the unhealthy patterns and relationships in your life. My work focuses on strengthening parent-child relationships, couple relationships and understanding the impact of our family systems on our growth, development and success. I have a particular interest in early childhood mental health and parental relationships.

Tracey Ward, M Ed, LADC 1, is a enthusiastic counselor whom offers versatile strengths in her practice. Her education, training and personal experiences allows her the ability to work with individuals of all ages and challenges. Mood swings, anxiety, relationships, depression, substance abuse matters , as well as group work are some of her specialties. It is her belief that people need to be validated, respected and heard, to feel valued and productive. She strives to assist people in meeting their goals effectively, by improving sense of self and wellbeing.

I most enjoy working with clients who experience anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem and stressful life transitions. My approach includes EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also solution-focused and work in a way that is very open and honest with my clients.
